Wordpress Questions Article

When I started working online, I truly came in with no knowledge. I had zero idea how to make money online, and this means even the very basic steps were new to me.
One of the biggest problems was the adjustment to WordPress. While learning WordPress isnt the only way to build a website to make money, I just feel like it is one of the best and easiest ways to manage your website.especially when starting out.
Mastering WordPress can take awhile but some of the most basic ideas and concepts of WordPress can be challenging to new marketers.
I also like to discuss WordPress because eProfits uses it for the majority of their training. So, not only do I have my own personal struggles to draw on, I also hear the most recent and popular WordPress questions from other new marketers.

A couple of the confusing issues I have helped people with include:
Posts vs Pages: This is a big question for new marketers, and I know I had issues with it myself. In WordPress you can create both posts and pages. So what is the difference? Well pages are for static content that doesnt change very often. With pages you will create things like about me, and contact me pages. The basic pages every site has that never really change. Posts make up the bulk of the content of your blog. These will usually be displayed in order of latest post on your front page. It makes adding new content a breeze, and all of your posts will be sorted in chronological order.
WordPress vs Blog/Website: Another question I get a lot is what is the difference between WordPress and my website? Well there isnt necessarily anything different. WordPress is a platform used to build websites. In eProfits when we refer to your website, we mean the website you set up using WordPress in the early steps of the training.
As I mentioned earlier, a WordPress Manager is a blog management program that’s designed to help you create and manage blogs effectively. To accomplish that, it has several great features you can use. However, since we’re focusing only on the aspect of creating blogs and websites we’ll be looking at only one major feature of the program in this article.
The specific feature I’m talking about is the domain management feature which allows you to create blogs or website and have them completely setup the way you want.
The site creation process is actually extremely easy and you can easily build a WordPress website in a matter of seconds. All you need to do is specify its domain name and the blog’s title, choose its server, select the themes and plugins you want to use and you’re all set. The WordPress Manager does it all for you, also the installation of WordPress itself. Once you’re done with all that you can start working on your blog or website right away.
One thing I should point out about the domain management feature is if you want to build a WordPress website which has the same settings, design, themes and plugins of an existing site, you can instantly do that with the help of the masterblog profiles function of the WordPress Manager.
This function llows you to create masterblog profiles or domain templates. I talked earlier about the program being able to help you make a lot of sites within a matter of seconds. This is one of the functions that allows you to do that. You can actually create a template you’d want to use when you’re setting up sites.
Wordpress is having a world best Admin Panel which is simpler and more effective having a good permission level support as well. A Capability of creating unlimited pages makes it more standard package of usage for the content management system design and Development.
SEO friendly: – WordPress has integrated several functions depending on the paradigm of search engines that make SEO platform. Generally search engines like WordPress sites as these sites are always updated with the help of plug-ins to get the maximum exposure to search engines.
Apart from these features easy installation, easy updation, high security, spam protection, bookmarklets, flexibility and scalability are important features to insert the moon in praise of WordPress.
So if you feel that WordPress is a very important platform for your online business, then, experts from India can help you greatly. As specialists in India is a global organization that has very dedicated and experienced development team WordPress and Design. Experts from India have a divergent range of services that include custom WordPress blog, WordPress CMS Development, WordPress Theme Design, WordPress adaptation at very affordable price.

An interesting question! So much depends on context. I suppose in some situations those two questions could mean the same thing, but they do have different meanings all by themselves.
What good is it? = This has a negative tone and questions the usefulness of something. For example, I might say, “I know how to speak Pig Latin, but what good is it? There’s no practical use for it.”
What does this do? = You’re asking about the purpose or function: “What does this (switch) do?”

I’m glad the subtitles/ captions help. After watching this version, try watching once without captions. That version is listed in the video description.

You’ll see in Part 2 how negative questions are used to seek confirmation of one’s knowledge. (Haven’t we met before? = I think we have. Can you confirm that?) I’ll also try to make a lesson on tag questions, which can also be used for confirmation. (You’re finished, aren’t you?) These are standard grammatical structures. The use of rising intonation to turn a sentece into a question is informal and usually it’s done out of surprise or doubt. (You eat 10 hamburgers daily?!)

@JenniferESL I like “what does it do” very much, thank you for the thorough answer….sorry,”what does THIS do”,i often swap one for other.:-))

  18. Elfavzla November 14, 2011 at 5:23 pm #

Hi Jennifer, first off: thanks for the video. I have a doubt, you said that you guys make a rising entonation on statements just to request confirmation, like “you eat 10 hamburgers daily?” but the correct form would be “do you eat 10 hamburgers daily?” right?, I mean, you just skip the auxiliary verb “do” when making that rising entonation?

  19. JenniferESL November 14, 2011 at 5:34 pm #

    @aldoxyzable
No. That wouldn’t be correct. If you have a form of BE, then you don’t need another helping verb. That form of be could be a helping verb itself (Is it working?), or it could be the main verb (Is it here?). Either way, when you have a form of BE, don’t put in another helping verb, like DO, DOES, or DID. The corrrect way to ask that question is “What is it for?”
Other possibilities: What do you use that for? Why do you need that? What’s this? What does this do?

  20. aldoxyzable November 14, 2011 at 5:36 pm #

    I bag perdon!
Is possible say this question in the follow manner?
“DOES IT IS WHAT FOR?” standig for “what is it for?”:
    Thank for comments.
